1. How to Spread Bet on Aryzta shares?
At the time of writing, the price of the Aryzta Rolling Daily market is €26.96 - €27.14 with Capital Spreads.
As with most large cap equities listed on the European exchanges, an investor can spread bet on the Aryzta shares to rise or fall. With the Aryzta Rolling Daily market, you can bet on:
a) Aryzta shares to go higher than €27.14, or
b) Aryzta shares to go lower than €26.96.
It should be noted that with the Aryzta market you trade in £X per cent, where a cent is 1c of Aryzta share price movement. As an example, if you were to invest £6 per cent and the Aryzta stock moved 5c then your bottom line would change by £30.
Aryzta Equities Spread Trading Example
As a quick example, let’s say you see the real time price on an online spread trading website and it shows a spread of €26.96 - €27.14. So, having done your analysis of the markets, you could come to feel that the Aryzta shares will go above €27.14. This means:
- You think the Aryzta share price will increase
- As a result, you decide you are going to go long of the market at €27.14 and you risk £3 per cent
- The share price rises and so the spread becomes €27.41 - €27.59
- As a result, you might choose to take a profit and close your bet. You would do this by selling at €27.41
- Initial buy price = €27.14
- P&L = (Final Price - Initial Price) x stake
- P&L = (€27.41 - €27.14) x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = €0.27 x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = 27c x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = £81 profit
Investing does not always go to plan. If the trade did not move as forecasted, and had the Aryzta shares decreased in value, with the spread moving down to €26.84 - €27.02, then you can decide to close your position and prevent any more losses by selling at €26.84.
- You initially bought the spread at €27.14
- P&L = (Final Price - Initial Price) x stake
- P&L = (€26.84 - €27.14) x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = -€0.30 x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = -30c x £3 per cent stake
- P&L = -£90 loss
