1. How to Spread Bet on Grafton Group shares?

- Profit/Loss = 19c x £5 per cent stake
- Profit/Loss = £95 profit
Investments don’t always go to plan. If the trade did not move as planned, and had the Grafton stock decreased in value, with the market moving down to €2.94 - €3.05, then you might choose to settle your bet and restrict your loss. You would do this by selling at €2.94.
- Initial price you bought the market at: €3.11
- Profit/Loss = (Closing Level - Opening Level) x stake
- Profit/Loss = (€2.94 - €3.11) x £5 per cent stake
- Profit/Loss = -€0.17 x £5 per cent stake
- Profit/Loss = -17c x £5 per cent stake
