1. How to Spread Bet on Kerry Group shares?

- You bought the spread at €22.07
- Profits (or losses) = (Final Price - Initial Price) x stake
- Profits (or losses) = (€22.51 - €22.07) x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = €0.44 x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = 44c x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = £132 profit
Spread trading does not always go to plan. If the market failed to move as forecasted, and had the Kerry shares decreased in price, with the market decreasing to €21.57 - €21.76, then you might decide to close your bet and stop any more losses. In order to do this you would sell at €21.57.
- You bought the spread bet at €22.07
- Profits (or losses) = (Final Price - Initial Price) x stake
- Profits (or losses) = (€21.57 - €22.07) x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = -€0.50 x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = -50c x £3 per cent
- Profits (or losses) = -£150 loss
